To update or not?
A few days back, Apple released iOS 11. Depending on your mileage on previous updates, it's a hit and miss. Some of my friends encountered problems with their update and it's making their mobile life miserable. Some though are fortunate enough not to have any problems at all.
If you ask me, make sure you back up your iPhone first via iTunes before making the update. This way, you have at least the latest iteration of your iPhone prior to iOS 11 just in case things go haywire.
There's a lot of reasons out there why you should update. The most obvious one for me is to make sure you're operating system is up to date with all the security fixes so you're sure that your personal data remains personal.
If you've already backed up, plugged your phone to a power source, made sure you have more than 2GB of free space, go ahead and download and install the update.

Foldable smartphone?
According to an article by Trusted Reviews, the Samsung Galaxy X could just be in the near future. And what’s so special about this new phone? It’s foldable. Of course, the rumor mill keeps churning about this one from Samsung but it’s something that we can all hope for, right? I know I’m hoping for one.
Best rugged phone?
I’m a sucker for anything that will allow me to enjoy the great outdoors while still carrying sensitive pieces of technology (like a smartphone) with me. Rugged phones or, at least, phones that can survive in the wild is an instant attraction for me. So this Doogee S60 got me all heart-heart-on-my-eyes when I read about it. Android Police reported it on their website recently.
