Recognizing the pillars of success

BEHIND a good company are excellent employees who worked hard to stand by its commitment to serve clients and even the community where it belongs.

Unsurprisingly, one of Davao City's fastest-growing homegrown real property developer, Prestige Homes and Realty Development Corporation (PHRDC), is among those who give due credit to the people who helped build its good reputation.

On June 25 this year, the company's hardworking realtors were recognized at SMX Convention Center. All were dressed in dazzling attires reflecting their royal treatment.

PHRDC owners Engineer Manuel Cerbo, Jr. and Miraluna Cerbo also expressed gratitude to the people to which they owe the company's success from.

"You have the heart to understand our customers and ears to listen. The future looks very exciting for Prestige Homes through your hard work," Engineer Cerbo said in his speech.

Apart from the heartfelt celebration for all the employees, extra rewards were given to the top performing ones.

Topping the list of those who brought millions to the company were Roger Geonzon, Apolonio, Michelle Limbo, Fernan Maturan, Nathaniel Limbo, Alma Apolonio, and Aimee Maturan who were named as the achievers.

Just when the night started to kick in, the achievers were also named recipients of two units of Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Innova, and three units of Mirage.

The achievers, including Mercelita Balio, were also given each an all-expense paid trip to Europe.

Mary Grace Lauren, on the other hand, received an appliance showcase at the end of the night.

True to its commitment of giving affordable and sound homes to its clients, the company has announced its 9.5 hectares area in Catalunan Grande for its expansion project called Granville III.

The newest project which will generate some 600 units will be just meters away from Granville I and II.

The property is another low-cost to mid-cost realty project after almost all of the 800 units in the 10-hectare Granville I and II were sold out in just 15 months.
