TWO people were killed after a van ran over them in Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte, the police reported Friday.
The Zamboanga del Norte police reported that the accident happened around 3 p.m. Thursday, November 30, along the national highway in the village of Polo, Dapitan City.
The police identified the fatalities as Almar Louie Bulagao, 29, and Michael Bulagao, 49, both residents of Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City.
Investigation disclosed that both victims were driving motorcycles to Barangay Oyan coming from the city proper when a van, driven by Wilfredo Canoy Jr., 28, bumped and ran over them upon reaching a curve road in Barangay Polo.
The van was travelling to Dapitan City coming from Oroquieta City.
