The project is standing in a 2.7-hectare property on Km 11, Sasa in Davao City where the six-tower mixed-use development project is set to rise and targeted be completed by 2019.

The tower one, two, and three were sold out in December 2015 while the tower four, which was launched January this year was sold out within the first quarter 2016 while the fifth tower was almost sold out as of October.

“For the sixth tower, which offers the best view, we are positive that it will go well in term of sales,” Lagdameo said.

He added they are eyeing to turn-over the units of towers one and two by March and July of next year, respectively.
