THE first tower of Damosa Seawind, a project of homegrown real estate company Damosa Land Inc. (DLI), is expected to be completed within this month.
Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) vice president Ricardo Floirendo Lagdameo, in an interview on Friday, July 7, at the Regus Business Center in Topaz Tower, Damosa IT Park, said the first tower is already having its finishing touches and they are set to turnover some of the units by the end of the month.
"The second tower will be done probably about in three months’ time," Lagdameo said, adding that the third tower is set to be constructed within this month and will be completed in 14 to 16 months.
As for the sales for their over a thousand units, Lagdameo said over 90 percent of the units have already been sold.
"Most of the buyers, around 60 percent, are from Davao City, 25 percent are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW), and the remaining is from all over the country," he said.
Damosa Seawind is DLI's first condominium project and will consist of six residential towers with seven to eight floors. The residential development will feature a clubhouse, pool, parks, playgrounds, and a commercial strip outside the development with public transportation terminal.
