The original set of board of trustees of Score Parents Golden Heart Association of Bacolod (Spaghab) Inc. with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) No. 135840 has been certified by SEC Iloilo Extension Office officer-in-charge Russell Oldesa.
Based on the certification issued dated October 18, 2017, SEC records showed the names of the board of trustees namely, Ligaya Serrano, Ernesto Moyani, Gina Lopez, Evelina Mahilum, Helen Saldo, Estella Mabalot and Angelita Ortonio.
In the past years, SEC has discovered two General Information Sheets (GIS) filed by the original set of Board of Trustees dated October 18, 2013 led by Serrano.
Another group composed of Adonis Britania, Emma Dinglasan, Nenette Dignos, Veronica Pagran, Merlin Liave, Criselda Luna and Rey Rossin Salazar filed a separate GIS on August 18, 2013 and considered this as an intra-corporate dispute between the two groups.
This is now being litigated in court.
