#SHORTS: Off-duty cop foils robbery in busy Colon Street in Cebu; Filipina who stabbed 3 persons in Brussels now comatose; Duterte: 14-M votes for Marcos prove people now 'over martial law'

COLON SHOOTING. Rush hour pedestrians were stunned to witness the fatal shooting of a man who robbed, shot and wounded a store manager on Colon St. in Cebu City Wednesday night.

COMATOSE. The 52-year-old Filipina who was shot by police after she stabbed and hurt three people in the Belgian capital of Brussels Monday, August 22, is comatose, a foreign affairs official said.

MOVED ON? The close race between former Senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and then Camarines Sur Representative Leni Robredo during the May 9 presidential race only proved that people had already moved on from the martial law era, President Rodrigo Duterte said on Thursday.
