Gamboa, 35, turned himself in on July 7, 2016 through Oplan Tokhang and admitted supplying drugs to different barangays in Silay, but refused to name his protectors and sources.

Also charged for sale of illegal drugs in relation to violation of Section 26 (conspiracy) of RA 9165 were Rolly Flores, 30, and city employee Harold Suarez.

Christopher Po, 35, was charged for violation of Section 7 (visiting drug den) and possession of dangerous drugs, and Section 12 (possession of drug paraphernalia) while Ralston Dicen, 26, was charged for visiting a drug den and possession of dangerous drugs.

Nine of them were arrested in a buy-bust at a shanty on Plaridel Street, Barangay 1, Silay City last Thursday, with a recovery of P150,000 worth of illegal drugs.
