SM APPLIANCE Center, the country’s number one reseller of home appliances, on Wednesday, July 26, officially launched its newly designed store at SM City Pampanga.
The grand launching, attended by special guests, local government officials, the media, and SM top management, showcased the vast improvement of the 2,300 square-meter store which now exudes a more homey and inviting ambiance of wood and greens.
Speaking with the throngs of mall-goers eager to check out the refreshed look of the store, SM Appliance Center Assistant Vice President for Operations Roderick Butch Valdez noted that the renovation is one of the many ways the store aims to give back to its Kapampangan valued shoppers.
“We opened our first branch in Pampanga back in 2000. Kapampangans welcomed us with great anticipation and excitement. And over the next 17 years, continued to shower us with unwavering support. This help us grow and be the number 1 reseller of home appliances in the Philippines,” Valdez said.
Valdez added that they genuinely appreciate and value the Kabalens gave.
"Truly, we at SM Appliance value you very dear. And today, we formally launched our new store design here in Pampanga. This is a first for SM Appliance--our way of thanking you. This store is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. This is one of our continuous efforts to improve your shopping experience with us,” Valdez said.
The executive then furthered that SM Appliance Pampanga is committed to better improve its service for their consumers in and out of the province.
“More than making you wow with how SM Appliance Pampanga looks, we are continuously looking for ways to wow you with our merchandise selection, great service, and customer support that you can only find and experience with SM Appliance,” he noted.
City of San Fernando Councilor Benedict Jasper Lagman expressed gratitude to the whole SM management for their endeavors in giving the best to their customers in Pampanga.
“In behalf of the City Government, we are very grateful for SM management for always prioritizing their Kapampangan shoppers. We’d like to thank you for doing this. We are very privileged and proud to have been the first in the country to have this new store concept,” he said.
“This beautiful ambiance will definitely attract more customers. I was really wowed the first time I stepped inside and I’m sure, once people heard this great news, they will be very much excited to visit us here in Pampanga,” he continued.
Immediately after the launching rites, a tour was conducted to highlight the store’s new look and exclusive items which are first available in Pampanga for the launch.
