CHARGES have been filed with the prosecutor’s office against a soldier and a government employee who were caught having an illicit affair inside a pension house in Zamboanga City, the police said on Wednesday, June 7.
Superintendent Nonito Asdai, Police Station 6 chief, said charged for concubinage was Army Private First Class "James," 29; and, for adultery was "Claire," 38, an employee of the City Government.
The charges against the two stemmed after they were arrested in one of the rooms of a pension house on Monday in the village of Tetuan.
Asdai said the arrest came after "Claire’s" husband, "Henry," 35, a member of the Philippine Air Force, and his brother-in-law, sought police assistance after learning the two were at the pension house. (SunStar Philippines)
