OUT of the 10 police stations in Bacolod City, Police Station 2 was recognized as the top performing police station of the week, Senior Superintendent Larry Decena, officer-in-charge of Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO), on Monday said.
Decena said based on week-long performance, Police Station 2 led by Senior Insp. Jovil Sedel topped the campaign against illegal drugs, illegal gambling, and wanted persons in the city.
He said every week all the station commanders are required to submit their accomplishment reports to determine who are not performing.
“All the station commanders should do their best to address the illegal activities within their areas of jurisdiction,” he said.
Decena added that he will also evaluate the stations with no accomplishments and to help them on how to improve their performance.
He disclosed that he’s also planning to give incentives to the top performing police station to motivate the personnel to perform well. (MAP)
