An intimate 21-seater contemporary restaurant at the upper lobby of the Radisson Blu Cebu offers you the finest selection of sushi and sashimi as well as a range of premium sakes. The restaurant menu features Chef Jefferson “Jeff” Yalung’s (an extraordinaire sushi chef for over 10 years) savory infusion of speciality rolls, signature sauces and marinades making a refreshing combination of both traditional and modern approaches to Japanese cuisine. The must-try speciality dishes are the Dynamite Sushi Roll, Surf and Turf Roll, Dragon Roll and Special California Roll. The evening event was also combined with the support of Hiraya Gallery featuring an art exhibit by Japanese artist Sophia Chizuco.
