TWO persons were arrested after they threatened three men with a gun inside an eatery at Bangga Paredes in Barangay Taculing, Bacolod City past midnight on Tuesday, June 27.
The suspects were identified as Lony Dichosa Jr., 19, a student, and Paquito Pancho, 44, a tailor, both residents of City Heights Subdivision.
Chief Inspector Jovil Sedel, head of Police Station 6, said both suspects were drunk when they arrived at the eatery around 8 p.m. on Monday.
While Jeric Rabor was singing, together with his friends Lito Encila and Rogie Daprinal, the suspects laughed at them that led to a commotion.
Pancho told Dichosa to shoot the three victims after he pulled his firearm from his bag. They were pacified by the police.
Recovered from Dichosa was a .38 caliber revolver loaded with four ammunition.
Dichosa and Pancho were detained and will be charged with violation of Republic Act 10591 or Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
