Located about 250 meters from the center of the progressive town of Hinoba-an, it is a place whose life away from the city has been blessed by the pristine surroundings: fresh air, sand, sea and mountains.

Brazaville started with two bedrooms in 1999. It has expanded its facilities and functions area, to include nice now a total of nine bedrooms with comfortable amenities to offer. Most of the rooms feature views of the beach and the resort landscape. It has high speed internet connection.

Newly renovated beach front house boasts six-bedroom facilities, fully air-conditioned rooms with private bath, hot and cold water. It has a spacious terrace, beach front and lawn for all occasions with the amenities of a fine hotel and the comforts of a home.

Brazaville beach has innovatively expanded itself to organizing intimate beach weddings, debut and all other occasions. It has a restaurant that caters to your palates with local and international cuisines combined and a bar that offers drinks and cocktail mixes for your delight.

Managing director and owner Phoebe Garlitos David, born in Bacolod City, grew up in Hinoba-an, she studied in Cebu (University of San Carlos), has lived in France, Malawi, Guinea Equatorial, Ndjamena, Dhaka and currently living in Cairo, Egypt.

She is a “citizen of the world,” travelling to continents, exposing and enriching herself to different cultures and tastes. She is now living one of her dreams after investing in Brazaville beach, decorating all to luxury status offering only the highest hospitality to guests from around the islands and the globe.

She is in Hinoba-an during the summer season. Phoebe speaks fluent English and French and a bit of Spanish, other than her “kindergarten level” of Arabic and other African languages. She is an excellent host to you and your family and can easily become your lifelong friend.

She used to organize events from her stints in the diplomatic circle, with Unwa (United Nations Women’s Association) in Dhaka where they lived for 11 years.

Her exposure to diplomatic functions, dinners, balls and galas brings forth an innate love in doing something she loves organizing her very own family occasions. Brazaville gets a taste of her creativity, style and tastes.

This year, she produced “The Fashion Show,” bikini runway with a touch of mini Moulin Rouge. The show featured a bikini and beach attire runway and a musical production of Moulin Rouge sound track “The Lady Marmalade.”

As a philantropist in Africa and in Asia, Phoebe has extended her humanitarian activities in the municipality of Hinoba-an. She has been giving away school bags and supplies to some of the less fortunate kids in different elementary schools in the town.

She initiated this project way back in 2014 in celebration of her 25th wedding anniversary, 25 kids were chosen and awarded to Barangay San Rafael Elementary school for two consecutive years. This year’s event, the fashion show runway is dedicated to 56 kids of Damutan Elementary School in Hinoba-an. It is one of her overwhelming joys to be able to share to these little ones.

Her patience and perseverance to promoting Brazaville not only for its facilities at the level of comforts, safety, entertainment and fun, but also to reach out to her objectives of a materialized social responsibility.
