Wing van falls off cliff in Oslob

A TEN-wheeler wing van fell off a cliff after maneuvering a blind curve in Barangay Calumpang, Oslob, Cebu, past 5 a.m. Sunday, August 13.

The driver, Capidante Renosio, 42, sustained injuries in different parts of his body after he jumped out before the van went off the cliff.

The van fell about 20 meters down the cliff.

Investigators said it had been raining before the accident happened. Renosio may have lost control of the vehicle as the road was slippery, they added. (KAL/SunStar Cebu)
