A WOMAN died while her husband landed in the hospital after they were shot several times inside their house in Sitio Bawos-bawos, Barangay Lanipga, Carmen, Cebu, at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, August 27.
Police identified the fatality as Arjana Hermosilla, 56. She was hit in the chest.
Her husband Senando, 59, suffered gunshot wounds in different parts of his body. He was brought to Cebu Provincial Hospital in Danao City for treatment.
The motive behind the attack is still being investigated by the police.
No one saw the gunman.
Investigators recovered a bullet, a slug and two empty shells of .45 pistol. (KAL)
