Two fugitives were arrested in Pampanga on Wednesday, March 12, said Colonel Jay Dimaandal, director of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office.
The first suspect, a 54-year-old construction worker, was arrested in Floridablanca for qualified statutory rape.
The operation was conducted by Floridablanca police and the 302nd Regional Mobile Force Company based on a warrant of arrest.
In a separate operation, a 37-year-old man from Guagua was apprehended in Porac for an alleged rape case.
The Guagua police and Intelligence Group carried out the arrest under an arrest warrant issued by the court.
“We will continue to track down fugitives and ensure justice for the victims,” Dimaandal said.
