A new artificial intelligence-powered platform, aimed to modernize real estate transactions in the Philippines, was launched in Pampanga on June 3, 2025.

The Mapiles AI was developed by Kapampangan real estate technopreneur Dr. Joliber P. Mapiles.

It introduces a digital solution that integrates automated property matching, AI-driven customer support, CRM tools for brokers, and a proprietary scoring system for evaluating property listings.

Mapiles said the platform seeks to address long-standing industry challenges such as fragmented property data, inefficient searches, and disconnects between buyer preferences and developer offerings.

“It aims to empower buyers, agents and brokers, as well as developers across the country. The vision of Mapiles AI is to help our real estate buyers have a secure platform where they can inquire and purchase properties,” Mapiles said.

One of its core features is a conversational chatbot that functions as a virtual real estate consultant, capable of responding to queries about properties, developers, sample computations, and nearby landmarks.

The platform also introduces the MAPILES Score—a data-driven rating system that evaluates property listings based on price fairness, location, developer reputation, quality of finishes, and available amenities.

“We simplified the home-buying experience where our buyers would only need to enter their salary or their budget, and their target location and from there, Mapiles AI would generate a property that will match their preference,” Mapiles explained.

The platform is currently available in Pampanga but set to expand in Bulacan, Tarlac, and Bataan, with full nationwide deployment targeted before the end of 2025.

The launching event gathered real estate brokers, property developers, bankers, local government officials, and technology groups from Central Luzon.

Attendees witnessed a live demonstration of the newly-upgraded platform’s features, including localized search tools and its integrated property database.

“This is about restoring trust, simplicity, and fairness to a process that has become too complicated. We’re not just listing properties, we’re empowering people to make smarter decisions backed by intelligence and local insight,” Mapiles said.
