The Bank of Commerce Angeles City Branch said it is taking a proactive role in spreading financial awareness to help individuals and communities build "stronger financial futures."

Branch Manager Melennie Guinto and Branch Marketing Officer Margie Tulabut underscored the bank’s commitment to serve and empower clients.

Guinto and Tulabut were guests at the Pampanga Press Club’s KapiHann at Swissotel Clark inside Hann Resorts.

“Financial literacy isn’t just about saving money,” Guinto said

“It’s about making informed choices, understanding risks, and having the confidence to take control of your finances. Whether you're a student learning to budget, a young professional thinking about investments, or a retiree managing your pension, these skills are crucial,” she added.

The Bank of Commerce Angeles City Branch has been integrating financial literacy programs into its community engagements, including workshops for students, small business owners, and local employees.

The bank said it is also offering easy and convenient ways to save up money through their low maintenance deposit programs.
