The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital Ambulatory Surgical and Multispecialty Center - Bagong Urgent Care and Ambulatory Services (JASMC-BUCAS) is now serving patients in Victoria town and other parts of Tarlac province.

The Department of Health (DOH) Central Luzon said that the facility provides urgent and routine healthcare services, including general and specialty consultations in internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, surgery, family medicine, and dental services.

Other medical services are minor surgeries, preventive medicine focusing on early detection, education, and lifestyle management; laboratory examinations to support diagnostics; radiology services, including X-ray and ultrasound, for accurate and timely assessments; and electrocardiogram or ECG services to monitor heart health.

The facility provides ancillary services, including a fully operational pharmacy for easy access to medicines.

The DOH said the facility will improve access to medical services, reduce the need for referrals to tertiary hospitals, and minimize the burden of travel and long waits in medical institutions,
