HOMEGROWN La Hermoza Royal was recently named as the “Best Premium Wellness, Salon, and Spa Provider” by a national publication company.
The 19th Q Asia Quality Excellence Awards by Q Asia Publication also awarded La Hermoza Royal its “Seal of Quality Excellence.”
The publication based the award on the following criteria: ability to satisfy consumers’ needs or requirements; ability to deliver service commitments; and trustworthiness.
Hannah Gasperson, chief executive officer and owner of La Hermoza Royal, said their spa has always provided their clients with high-quality services.
“We want to treat our clients like royalty, as if they are kings and queens, so we only give them the best service,” Gasperson said.
La Hermoza Royal re-opened in June 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdowns.
The spa strictly followed safety protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases and the Angeles City Government during its re-opening.
Gasperson shared they continue to follow safety protocols with her staff wearing personal protective equipment including isolation gowns, masks and face shields.
Clients are also required to wear masks and face shields when entering the spa.
Gasperson added that La Hermoza Royal is set for an expansion to accommodate more clients.
