The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) participated in the first Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month, an initiative launched under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
The program aims to promote transparency, efficiency, and accountability in government transactions, in line with Republic Act No. 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.
As part of this initiative, CDC joined the Nationwide Frontline Service Inspection led by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) on May 16, 2025.
The inspection, held at the Clark Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) in Building 2126, CP Garcia Street, focused on assessing the quality of frontline service delivery.
The activity was conducted in accordance with ARTA Advisory No. 2025-011, which supplements Memorandum Circular No. 2025-01.
The directive calls on all government agencies and government- owned and/or controlled corporations (GOCCs) to carry out internal inspections of their frontline
services during the second week of May.
During the inspection, CDC said it evaluated its compliance with key service standards, including the visibility and accuracy of the Citizen’s Charter, transaction processing times, accessibility, professionalism, and digital service integration. A standardized checklist guided the evaluation process.
To formally recognize the team, CDC added that it introduced the CART members during the May 19, 2025 Flag Raising Ceremony held at the CDC Children’s Playground.
