The Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Mexico-San Luis has issued a warrant of arrest on August 11, Monday against Estelito Pamintuan Lim, also known as Shiwen P. Lim
Lim is currently serving as 3rd district board member in the Pampanga Provincial Board.
The arrest warrant was issued for three counts of estafa under Article 315, Paragraph 2(a) of the Revised Penal Code.
The warrant, signed by Presiding Judge Richard Gazzingan Evangelista, directed law enforcement to apprehend Lim and bring him before the court to be dealt with according to law.
The warrant stated that bail for the release of the accused was set at ₱18,000 for each of the three counts of estafa.
Copies of the warrant of arrest were furnished to the Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management in Camp Crame and the Chief of Police or Station Commander.
