Delta urges board members to support Guv's programs

Pampanga Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda on Tuesday, urged the new members of the 12th Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) to support the legislative agenda of Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda.

Vice Governor Pineda led the inaugural session of the new Provincial Board Members composed of 1st District Board Members Cherry Manalo and Christian Halili; 2nd District Board Members Olga Frances “Fritzie” David Dizon, Atty. Claire David Lim and Sajid Khan Eusoof; 3rd District Board Members Lucky Ferdinand Labung, Shiwen Lim and Michaeline “My-My” Gonzales; and 4th District Board Members Kariza Naguit and Vincent Angelo Calara.

In the same event, Governor Pineda presented her 14-point agenda.

“At bilang tugon sa malinaw na direksyon ng ating mahal na governor nanay, asahan po ninyo na ang Sangguniang Panlalawigan ay susuporta sa mga priority agenda na binanggit ng ating governor. Lalong lalo na sa kalusugan, seguridad sa pagkain, edukasyon, hanapbuhay, agrikultura, pangagalaga sa kalikasan, kahandaan sa kalamidad, kapakanan ng mga kabataan at sektoral group, at pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan at kalusugan,” Vice Governor Pineda said.

“Sisiguraduhin po namin na meron pong karampatang legislative measure at budget allocation ang mga ito upang matiyak na mabilis maayos at epektibong maipapatupad ang mga programa para sa mga Kapampangan,” he added.

During the event, the governor and vice governor recognized the service rendered by former board members Krizannel Garbo, Benjamin Jocson, Ananias Canlas Jr., now Rep. Alyssa Michaela Gonzales, now Macabebe Councilor Rolando Balingit and Nelson Calara for serving in the 11th Provincial Board.
