
Rejoice foodies! "Fun dining" comes to Clark courtesy of Estos, which opened on Saturday, March 8, to serve diners in Angeles City, Mabalacat City and other adjacent places.
Situated at Central Park Square, Cityfront Mall in Clark Freeport, Estos Clark is an extension of the Guagua-grown kitchen + cafe which opened its doors to gastronomes in 2017.
It offers American, Italian, and Asian fusion cuisine, from appetizers, pizzas, pastas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, rice meals, desserts, hot and cold coffee, iced tea, milkshakes, frappe, and smoothies.
US culinary intern and Center for Culinary Arts graduate Chef Al Lawrence Fernando (who comes from a family of medical practitioners headed by parents doctors Larry and Agnes) and spouse lawyer Claire, shared that Estos Clark takes dining to another level with its American and Italian cuisine as well as unique local Filipino fusions, plus new and well-curated concoctions at the bar.
"We call it fun dining. At Estos Clark, we will take dining to a new level with a well-curated menu like steaks and really good food that comes along with cocktails or choice drinks from the bar in a homey yet classy ambiance. Plus, Estos Clark introduces catering and events services, while presenting our best sellers to diners in Clark," the couple said, adding that a perk at the resto bar is acoustic nights every Friday.
Estos Clark is open 11 AM to 10 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 11 AM to 12 midnight on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays; and 11 AM to 10 PM on Sundays.
