JDN Realty Group has relaunched its farmers’ market program “Farm ni Juan” on August 12.

The “Farm ni Juan” project supports local farmers, micro-enterprises, and indigenous communities.

“The goal is simple, to provide free space where they can sell, share, and thrive, right here at the heart of Nepo Center,” JDN Realty Group President and Chief Executive Officer Aaron Montenegro.

The executive also honored the person behind the project, former JDN chief Rick Wilkerson.

Also present during the event were JDN Chairman Arni Valdes, JDN Assistant Vice President for Administration Maribel Ronquillo, Vice President Dolomatrix Noel Valdes, and DTI Pampanga Provincial Director Elenita Ordonio.

Farm ni Juan features a variety of fresh produce like fruits and vegetables, and other

locally-made products that highlight local farmers’ culture and creativity.

Most of the vendors are farmers, micro-entrepreneurs, and home-based

producers from Pampanga, including representatives from the Aeta community.

They offer everything from fresh harvests to handmade crafts, kakanin, and local delicacies.

Starting August 12, 2025, Farm ni Juan will now be a weekly community market, open every Friday to Sunday, 8 AM to 6 PM, at The Quad, Nepo Center.

Farm ni Juan is part of JDN Realty Group’s long-term vision to support The Heart of Lokal which is anchored in building inclusive, community-rooted spaces where people and small businesses can thrive.
