69 deaths due to Covid-19 listed in Central Luzon

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- The number of deaths due to coronavirus disease in Central Luzon have risen to 69 people as more positive cases have been reported over the weekend.

With at least 727 people infected, according to the June 20, 2020 advisory of the Department of Health, at least 95 people are still admitted in various hospitals.

Of the 727 cases, 142 have already been discharged to undergo a 14-day quarantine. At least 421 people have already recovered from the disease

Bulacan has the most number of cases with 288 positive cases as of June 20. Thirty-one people have died in Bulacan alone because of the virus, while 109 have recovered.

Bataan is second in terms of cases with 166 positive cases, 139 recoveries and ten deaths.

Pampanga is still third in terms of the number of infections with 112 positive cases, 80 recoveries and 13 deaths.

Nueva Ecija province has 64 positive cases, 50 recoveries and three deaths. Tarlac and Zambales both have 40 and 39 positive cases, respectively.

Only Aurora province has remained Covid-free as of June 20.
