Angeles City's cafe issues loyalty cards

ANGELES CITY—The city-run Kapebaluan café released its first ever loyalty cards to reward its hardworking patrons with free drinks.

The Kapebaluan Loyalty Cards are valid from May 1 to 31, 2023.

Card holders may get free drinks after collecting seven stamps.

The stamps are acquired by purchasing drinks offered by the café.

Each purchase of Kapebaluan drinks will account for a single stamp.

Seasonal summer drinks, including the Strawberry Lemon Mint Soda and Strawberry Banana Yogurt, will merit a double stamp.

Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., said the promotion is the city government’s way to pay tribute to the honest and dedicated work of the public, especially the Angeleños for the previous year and rewarding loyal Kapebaluan customers.

Kapebaluan is located at the ground floor of the City Library in Barangay Sto. Rosario.

The cafe is being managed by the Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (ACEDIPO) led by Irish Bonus-Llego, under the supervision of Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel.

The café is established for the sole purpose of reinforcing the livelihood of Aeta coffee farmers in Angeles City.
