Barangay Balibago’s Allayzah Marie M. Cuyugan was named winner in the Reyna De Las Flores 2025, the Queen of Flowers competition staged by the city government on Saturday, May 24. She won P100,000 for the title.
The first runner-up in the contest is Czyra Fe F. Camaya of Barangay Pampang, while second runner-up is Misaki S. Takeishi of Barangay Anunas. The two took home cash prizes of ₱50,000 and ₱25,000, respectively.
Thirty-one candidates, representing their respective barangays, participated in this year’s Reyna De Las Flores third year edition.
For Best Arch, Barangay Anunas was awarded as grand winner with ₱100,000 cash prize.
Barangay Pampang and Barangay Balibago bagged 1st and 2nd runner-up, receiving ₱15,000 and ₱25,000 respectively.
Other winners are Barangay Margot for Early Bird for Arch, receiving ₱15,000 cash prize.
For Early Bird for Sagala, Barangay Amsic got the award with ₱15,000.
Mayor Pogi Lazatin's Choice, who took home P15,000 cash prize, is Barangay Pampang's Czyra Fe F. Camaya. She also won ₱20,000 after being named Best Filipiniana Gown winner.
Serving as the Reyna De Las Flores 2025 judges are Michael Castañeda, Pampanga Provincial Tourism Officer; Jenneah Lenore Encarnacion of The Dance Conservatory; Bettina Arriola, Curator of the Museum of Philippine Social History; Maribel Q. Ronquillo, Manager of JDN & Sons Inc.; and Riza Lozano, CIAC Compliance AVP for Legal Services.
