The Metropolitan Trial Court (MeTC) Branch 115 in Taguig City has issued a writ of execution ordering Pampanga Board Member Shiwen Lim to pay judgment obligation.

According to the writ of execution, dated June 26, 2024, the court ordered Lim to pay P435,528.95 plus P8,556.18 for the cost of the suit, with an annual interest rate of six percent, reckoned from July 12, 2024, until fully paid to to pay Zyneserve Inc., represented by one Ramil M. Atendido.

The court document stated that the decision is “final, executory, and unappealable.”

The MeTC directed the sheriff or deputy sheriff to enforce the decision, collect the payment from Lim, and remit it to the plaintiff, along with lawful fees for serving the writ.

The writ ordered that if the defendant could not pay in cash, certified bank check, or any acceptable mode of payment, the sheriff is authorized to levy on Lim’s properties “of every kind and nature whatsoever which may be disposed of for value and not otherwise exempt from execution,” allowing the defendant to choose which property may be levied upon to satisfy the judgment.

The writ was issued under Civil Case No. 24-6954 SCC, filed for sum of money, with Zyneserve Inc. as plaintiff and Sherwin P. Lim as defendant.
