PATIENT 25 tested negative twice for the coronavirus disease, prompting the Department of Health (DOH) to announce a successful recovery.
Dubbed PH25 is set to be discharged from the Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital (JBLMRH), a facility managed by the DOH.
DOH said PH25 is a 31-year-old Filipino male from Negros Oriental. He was among the repatriates from the Diamond Princess Cruise ship quarantined at the New Clark City.
The patient, along with another repatriate who tested positive, was earlier moved to the facility for medical attention.
He was confirmed with Covid-19 on March 6, 2020.
