CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - Fernandinos may now connect with the city government here for emergency and non-emergency services through the KAYABE hotline.

Callers only need to dial 961-HELP (4357) local 045, and press 1 for emergency needs, or 0 for other concerns.

The city government, in partnership with Gur Lavi Corporation (GLC), launched the help desk on Wednesday at the Heroes Hall here.

GLC Vice President for Operations Andy Santos said the KAYABE hotline will provide seamless communications between the city government and citizens.

“Mayor Caluag wants Fernadinos to be easily connected with the city government, at gusto niya lahat pwede, lahat kasama kaya nagawa natin itong KAYABE hotline,” he said.

Lawyer James Francis Villanueva, City Information and Communications Technology Officer, said the hotline will immediately link the caller to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office for immediate response to emergency cases.

The Bureau of Fire Protection and Philippine National Police may be reached through the help desk.

Inquiries on public documents and business licensing permits may also be made through the hotline, Villanueva added.

Mayor Vilma Caluag said the launching of the hotline is a big step towards the aim to transform the city into a smart city.

“Mas mabilis at mas madali ang serbisyo ng city government dahil kahit nasaan ka, pwede ka na makahingi ng tulong, makapagsumbong, o magtanong,” she said.

She added that the hotline is active 24/7 for all the needs of Fernandinos.
