THE distribution and retrieval of learning modules was suspended in Arayat town amid the continuing surge of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases in the municipality.

Mayor Emmanuel Alejandrino signed Executive Order 10 S. 2021, which suspends all school activities related to distribution and retrieval of modules from April 7 to April 18.

The order is part of the precautionary measures implemented in the town to protect both teachers and parents from the dreaded disease.

As of Wednesday, April 7, there are a total of 231 confirmed Covid-19 cases in the town, in which 75 are active, 143 have recovered and 13 died.
