Dong leads groundbreaking of P150M CSF executive bldg

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO --- Senior Deputy Speaker and Pampanga 3rd District Representative Hon. Aurelio "Dong" Gonzales, Jr. recently led the groundbreaking for the P150 million executive building in this city.

The structure will provide more space for government office and services of the city.

Gonzalez was joined by City of San Fernando Mayor Vilma Caluag and 3rd District Board Member Mica Gonzales during the event.

The project is a three-story building that will be constructed in two phases.

Phase 1 of the project will cost P75 million. The second phase, which will start in December, is also pegged at P75 million.

Aside from this project, the Legislative Building here is also undergoing construction with a Phase 1 budget of P70 million and a Phase 2 budget of 75 million which will commence in December.

All of these projects have been funded through the efforts of Gonzales.

Congressman Gonzales assured the city government to bring more projects in the aspects of infrastructure, education, and social services that would benefit Fernandinos.

The congressman also highlighted other projects such as the establishment of the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) extension campus in Calulut, San Fernando and several new classrooms for public schools of the city.

Caluag thanked Congressman Gonzales for his continued support to Fernandinos together with San Fernando City Councilor Brenz Gonzales and Pampanga 3rd District Board Member Mica Gonzales - who were both present during the ceremony.

Other officials who graced the event were city councilors Rosalie Mendoza, Ricky Hizon, Reggie "G4" David, Cristina Lagman, and Ayzel Macalino, together with Pampanga 4th District Board Member Nelson Calara, and City Engineer Anele David.

Department of Public Works and Highways Region 3 Construction Section Chief Danny Canlas, and some city government department heads also attended the affair.
