CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- The Employees’ Compensation Commission (ECC), through its Employees’ Compensation Program (ECP), will be conducting a one-day free advocacy seminar to more than 200 employees and employers at the Best Western Plus Hotel, Subic Bay Free Port Zone on July 5.

This is in keeping continuing efforts to make ECC’s presence felt in the regions like Central Luzon. The ECP is one of the flagship programs of the ECC which aims to assist workers who suffer work-related sickness or injury resulting to disability of death.

The seminar, which is free of charge, was initiated by the ECC Regional Extension Unit No. III in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The seminar aims to intensify awareness of workers on their rights, benefits, and privileges under the ECP.
