CITY OF SAN FERNANDO The Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii (FCCH) and Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (PamCham) on October 25, 2022 signed a sisterhood agreement seeking to build a platform for the exchange of trade and business practices.

The 50-member delegation of FCCH led by Consul General of the Philippines in Honolulu Emil Fernandez and Chamber President Rocky Anguay met PamCham Chairman Jesus Nicdao and President Nestor Mangio and visited San Fernando to explore business opportunities and creation of jobs in the city.

“We are looking into possibilities of bringing businesses here from Hawaii and bringing the local products here to Hawaii. Also, we are here to see various tourism sites, including the lantern-making industry,” Fernandez said.

The group visited the Giant Lantern and Tourist Information Center in the former Paskuhan Village and Capital Town Pampanga in Sto. Niño - the first-ever township development of Megaworld in Central and North Luzon.

The 2022 visit marks the 30th year of FCCH's annual joint goodwill and trade mission to the Philippines.
