CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga -- A man's body was found dead and floating in a river in Dinalupihan, Bataan, last Friday, August 17.
Reports have it that that the unidentified man, who was handcuffed, was already bloated when authorities found his body.
Police believed the man was killed somewhere and dumped or washed away on the river in barangay Pagalanggang.
Victim was wearing a ripped upper garment and short pants. He was approximately 35 years old, medium built with height of 5’6” – 5’8”.
The victim sustained a gunshot wound on his forehead, police said.
There are tattoos “Joriel, 1991, and 76” on his right shoulder, chest, back and upper part of his navel. (Ric Sapnu)
