ONE of the most wanted personalities in Minalin town, Pampanga was arrested by authorities during a manhunt operation launched recently.
The suspect, identified as Norvie Manding, 33, was arrested by joint elements of Minalin, Pampanga and Ilocos Norte police in Ilocos Norte, province.
Manding was allegedly responsible for a case of qualified theft and was issued a warrant of arrest by the presiding judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Macabebe town.
Manding is just one of many other wanted personalities that were arrested by police through the intensified manhunt operations.
