OFFICIALS of the National Housing Authority (NHA) met with Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda on Tuesday, July 6, as they discussed the ongoing and soon-to-be implemented projects of the agency in Pampanga.
The matters discussed include the P20-million fund that will be used for the construction of 40 housing units for indigenous peoples in Porac town. These are in addition to the 37 units built by the Provincial Government for those affected by the earthquake in April 2019 in Porac's mountain communities.
The NHA's plan to build 1,000 houses for Informal Settler Families (ISF) in Lubao town that will be affected by the Manila Bay Cleanup Program was also discussed with government leaders.
The meeting also included Provincial Administrator Charlie Chua and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Angelina Blanco.
