

The Philippine National Police (PNP), through the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) served a search warrant against a firm in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga on May 6, 2026, resulting in the arrest of one person and the recovery of manufacturing equipment and food products worth ₱30 million.
Acting on a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court in San Fernando City, personnel of CIDG Pampanga Provincial Field Unit, with support from other police units and regulatory government agencies, conducted the operation at a facility linked to a company under investigation for alleged violations of food and drug regulations.
One male individual was arrested during the operation, while other identified incorporators were not present and will be subject to further legal proceedings, a press statement issued by the PNP said.
Authorities recovered various production equipment and materials, including storage tanks, mixing and blending systems, boilers, filtration units, and food extract products.
The PNP ssid the seized items remain secured on-site to preserve evidence.
PNP Chief, General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., said the operation reflects the organization’s commitment to lawful and professional enforcement.
“Ang ganitong operasyon ay patunay na tuloy-tuloy ang ating kampanya para protektahan ang publiko. We remain firm but fair in enforcing the law,” he said. (Via PNP-PIO)
