PDEA seizes P200K shabu in Subic, Cabanatuan City

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO---The Philippine Drug enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Central Luzon nabbed several suspects and seized hundreds of thousands worth of suspected shabu in anti-illegal drugs operations over the weekend in Subic, Zambales and Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija.

In Subic, drug suspects were arrested inside a makeshift drug den and yielded around P117,300 worth of shabu during a buy-bust operation at Purok 2, Barangay Matain on August 12.

PDEA said the operation emanated from a tip by a concerned citizen, which resulted to the arrest of suspects Isnura Naldi, 41; Fatma Tanih, 42; Kristian Ray Montallana, 22; and Fitz Clarence Untalan, 26, all residents of Olongapo City.

Another three drug suspects were also apprehended inside a makeshift drug den where some P102,000 worth of shabu was seized during a bust-bust operation in Barangay Dalampang on August 10.

The PDEA Nueva Ecija Provincial Office named the suspects as Jayson Santos, 33; Jeffrey Santos, 45; and Irish Santos, 35, all residents of Cabanatuan City.

Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the arrested suspects.
