Porac gets P40M school building from PAGCOR

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO---The municipal government of Porac received P40 million from Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for the construction of a new school building in the town.

Mayor Jaime V. Capil received the check from PAGCOR.

The funds will be used for the construction of a four-storey, 12-classroom building intended for Francisco Henson Elementary School in Brgy. Sta. Cruz.

The financial grant was made possible through the effort of Senator Lito Lapid who met Mayor Capil after the check was awarded by the personnel of PAGCOR.

Capil thanked the PAGCOR and Lapid for the support, which the mayor said, will greatly help in improving the educational conditions of the students in his municipality.
