SOROPTOMIST International of Guagua president Divine Tulio led the turnover of calcium supplements along with face masks and face shields to the Municipal Government of Guagua in bid to help in efforts to provide more support for the town's various sectors.
Tulio personally handed the donations to Mayor Dante Torres at the Municipal Hall on Tuesday, September 15.
Torres said the donations will be included in the various assistance programs of the town for senior citizens and frontliners.
"Many of our vulnerable sector need all the support they can get and we are happy for the support extended to us by Soroptimist," Torres added.
Tulio said the donation was the continuation of her club's commitment to support Guagua programs during this period of the pandemic.
