Tarlac City Council opens E-library

THE Tarlac City Council opened its E-library and website services located at the 3rd floor Legislative Building of the city hall.

Vice Mayor Genaro Mendoza said the facility has nine computers with digital filed copies of legislative documents as well as research applications and hardware.

“This project was made possible through City Ordinance No. 014-11 which aims to establish and strengthen Information and Communication Technology in the city and to give accessibility not only to students but also the out of school youth and researchers,” Mendoza added.

The facility can be accessed for free from Mondays to Fridays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Users must present his/her voter’s ID or any government-issued identification indicating his/her residence. (PIA-Central Luzon)
