Mabalacat City Vice Mayor Geld Aquino, who is running for city mayor, has vowed to expand the city’s dialysis center to accommodate more patients.
Aquino said the existing dialysis center in Mabalacat City is equipped with only 10 machines despite the growing number of patients.
Under his administration, Aquino said healthcare will be a top priority to ensure Mabalaqueños receive the services they deserve.
Vice mayoral candidate Jun Castro, for his part, vowed to push for the establishment of a public hospital in Mabalacat City.
He said a public hospital will provide the people's need for accessible health services.
He proposed reallocating excess funds from the construction of the new city hall to finance the hospital project.
He assured residents of a governance built on transparency and accountability.
“Matagal ko ng isinusulong ang transparency and accountability at mas lalo natin itong ipaglalaban bilang presiding officer ng Sangguniang Panlungsod,” he added.
