Pampanga Governor Lilia Pineda, Vice Governor Dennis Pineda and the other incoming provincial officials attended a thanksgiving mass marking the start of their new term of office.
Pampanga Archbishop Florentino G. Lavarias, together with guest priests and government employees, officiated the mass.
2nd District Board Members Fritzie David-Dizon and Claire Lim; and Third District Board Member Shiwen Lim; and heads of provincial government departments also graced the event.
Governor Pineda said that it has been a tradition to host a simple thanksgiving mass at the start of her term.
The governor added that she also offered personal prayers before the images of Santo Cristo del Perdon and Virgen delos Remedios for her new term in office.
