THERE’S no metaphysical contradiction in it, but there is certainly some resistance felt when Heaven tells us to have faith, be calm in the face of prophecies that really scare.
Yet the seeming conflict can be understood with deeper reflection, nay, more easily by grace that can be had thru prayers. And, yes, people of outstanding wisdom can inspire and help us understand, even as dire prophecies from Heaven, coursed through credible Catholic mystics, continue.
In this regard, let’s hear Pope Benedict XVI during an apostolic journey to Madrid, Spain, on August 20, 2011: “Dear friends, may no adversity paralyze you. Be afraid neither of the world, nor of the future, nor of your weakness. The Lord has allowed you to live in this moment of history so that, by your faith, his name will continue to resound throughout the world.”
And again, this quote from the Blessed Mother in her message to stigmatist mystic Luz de Maria de Bonilla on July 30, 2018: “May you not be frightened by what Heaven has declared to you so that you may prepare, but may that which you know be what leads you to increase your faith, the desire to save the soul and the desire to cooperate in the salvation of souls.”
Relatedly, there’s this message from our Blessed Mother to mystic Pedro Regis lon January 18, 2022:
“Dear children, do not be discouraged. You are not alone. I am your Mother and I am with you. Be obedient to my call. You are living in a time worse than the time of the Flood. Do not put off what you need to do until tomorrow.
“I ask you to intensify your prayers for the Church of my Jesus. You are heading for a future of weeping and lamentation. My poor children will be hungry, for in many places the Food of Truth will be taken away from you.
“I suffer because of what is coming for you. Pray much. Only by the power of prayer can you contribute to the definitive Triumph of My Immaculate Heart. Onward without fear!
“After all the pain, the Lord will wipe away your tears and you will be rewarded generously for your faithfulness and love for the truth. This is the message that I give you today in the name of the Most Holy Trinity. Thank you for having allowed me to gather you here once more. I bless you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Be at peace.” (End of quote.)
The short of it, so it would seem, is to take all in the context of eternity where all earthlings are to land sooner or later.
We continue then with recent messages from Heaven as we face incontrovertible signs of the times. On January 18, 2022, the Blessed Mother told mystic Gisella Cardia:
“Dear children, thank you for having responded to my call in your hearts. Beloved daughter, you should tell everyone that they need not fear anything if they are in the Lord. I ask that there be union in prayer; do not let yourselves be tempted by fear, but unite — you know full well how strong community prayer is! Be vigilant and do not be like the foolish virgins, but fill your lamps with oil.
“My children, Jesus takes many souls with Him — remember: one will be taken and one will be left. When you want to reach God and you are ready, the Lord will be happy to welcome such souls into paradise, yet many will have to purify themselves and others will remain on earth in order to continue their own mission.
“So as you can understand, do not be tied to the things of the world, but pray for your souls. Go to Mass and participate in the Sacrifice; feed on the Body of my Son while there is still time. Persecution will be great when they decide to unify the religions. Now I leave you with my maternal blessing in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.” (End of qoute.)
Over in Australia, mystic Valentina Papagna, who has the full support of her spiritual director and parish priest, Fr. Valerian Jenko OFM, wrote on January 24, 2022 as follows:
“While I was praying for what had happened in Tonga our Lord came and said, ‘perhaps you would like to bring this messages forward again so people can contemplate and remind them and pray as this is very serious.’”
Our Lord Jesus was referring to what Valentina wrote on Oct. 13, 2018 as follows:
“During my morning prayers, I was visited by five angels, one of which was Holy Michael.
“They said, ‘We have been sent by our Lord to reveal something to you that you do not know about. You saw our Lord, and how sad He is for the world and all humanity, with their hearts so cold and unwilling to change. Today, we come to show you the deepest part of the world, in the deepest sea. Come closer, and we will show you.”
“I moved closer and in front of me appeared a large glass screen, through which I could see the bottom of the sea. It was so real. The vision was crystal clear. Then one of the angels held a smaller transparent screen over the large one and instructed me to look through it. As I did so, I could see that it magnified every detail that was at the bottom of the sea. I could see how the wave motion of the water stirred the sediment on the seabed to create an underwater dust cloud.
“The angel said, ‘No human eye has ever seen what I am about to show you.’
“As the dust cloud settled, on the sea floor, I could clearly see what looked like a round cement slab, less than half a metre in diameter. The more I observed, I could see there were many of these round slabs on the sea floor. They were all identical.
“The angel said, ‘See, these plugs that we are showing you, they are very ancient. They have been here since the beginning of Creation. There are many of them throughout the world. Soon, we will have permission to unplug them, because God will give us the commandment to do so. When we open them, the world will experience many volcanic eruptions, fires, earthquakes, and tsunamis. Soon there will be severe suffering in the world if people do not repent and convert.’
“The angel was very stern with me and said, ‘You have to speak the Truth to people, do not feel sorry for them. If it is the will of God, it will happen. God has been warning people, and they do not listen.’
“The angel’s manner was severe as he said, ‘Come and have a look at this again! This is serious, and this is real!’
“I looked again, and it upset me very much because I knew what was beneath these plugs. I felt very uneasy in the presence of the angels as they admonished me and said, ‘You need to speak the Truth to people, and not just speak to them of beautiful things and cover up reality.’
“Dear Lord, may the world listen to your Holy Word, and may they listen to your warnings and repent of their sins, may they stop offending You.”
