The Mabalacat City police on Wednesday seized some P2-million worth of marijuana, kush and other by-products from the illegal drugs following a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bical on Wednesday, July 2.
The Station’s Drug Enforcement Unit recovered two kilograms of dried marijuana leaves worth P240,000 and 520 grams of kush with an estimated value of P858,000.
Policemen also seized 218 marijuana-flavored vape cartridges worth P872,000 and 19 pieces of marijuana oil worth P30,000.
Three alleged members of a drug distribution network in Pampanga were arrested during the operation.
They were identified as a “Jek-Jek” of Barangay Bical, Mabalacat City; “Josh,”of Barangay Dau, Mabalacat City; and “Ana” of Barangay Balibago, Angeles City.
The suspects and seized drugs were taken to the Mabalacat City Police Station.
