

Some P3.4-million worth of shabu were seized by police during a buy-bust operation in Porac town on Tuesday, July 29.
Brigadier General Rogelio Peñones, director of Police Regional Office Region III, said the illegal narcotics were confiscated from a "high value target' identified as “Dacula.”
The suspect's companion, “Acmad", was also arrested during the operation.
Police confiscated 500 grams of shabu and the marked money following the operation.
Charges for violation of Sections 5 (drug pushing) and 11 (drug possession), Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects, police said.
The operation was carried out by the Porac Municipal Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) and the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office.
