A newly-constructed police substation was inaugurated on June 16, 2025 in Barangay San Isidro, Minalin, Pampanga.
Brigadier General Jeffrey Z. Decena, Deputy Regional Director for Administration of Police Regional Office 3; Colonel Jay C. Dimaandal, Director of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office; Minalin Mayor Philip Naguit led the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new facility.
Dimaandal said the project had a budget of ?4,847,281, funded through the General Appropriations Act (GAA).
"This newly built sub-station will serve as a cornerstone in our continuous effort to bring the police closer to the community. It will not only increase police visibility but also ensure a faster and more efficient response to emergencies and public concerns," he said.
Naguit, for his part, said that Minalin Police SubStation is the first two-storey subcompact station in the country.
He added that the facility is expected to strengthen police presence and response, especially in the DOMALUIS area, which includes barangays that are geographically separated from the town proper.
